Returns Policy
To ensure the highest quality standards and provide competitive pricing, we operate on a print-to-order basis. This means your artwork is created specifically for you after your order is placed – we do not maintain pre-printed inventory.
- Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our pieces, we are unable to accept returns. However, we stand firmly behind the quality of our work and want you to be completely satisfiedwith your purchase.
If you have any concerns about your artwork, pleasecontact us immediately. Our dedicated customer service team is here to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Damage Claims
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
To process your replacement, we’ll need the following photos:
- A full photo of the front of the artwork
- A full photo of the back of the artwork
- Close-up shots of the damaged areas
- A photo of the barcode located on the back
- A photo of the box it came in (if you still have it)
We will arrange for a replacement once we receive these photos.
Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes a piece might not perfectly match your vision. That’s why we offer a one-time exchange option for our valued clients in the United States only.
Exchange Terms:
- Currently only available for customers in the United States
- One exchange per order is permitted
- Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Customer will also cover shipping costs for the new piece
- Original artwork must be returned in its original packaging and condition
